Gonorrhea
Gonorrhea really is as nasty as it sounds. It's most noted symptom is a pus discharge (green, yellow or white) from the tip of the penis. It can also cause pain when peeing and discharge from the anus. Without treatment Gonorrhea can spread to other reproductive organs and cause serious health problems. It can be treated with two courses of antibiotics, but remember to use a condom.
